Our service is not connected to or affiliated with the official UK government website (https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones) or any authority responsible for administering or regulating the Clean AirZone (CAZ) charge. By proceeding with an online application, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions. We are a third-party service provider, SKM Group Ltd, offering support and added convenience in the application and payment process for driving in a Clean Air Zone. A service fee is charged for our assistance, which includes administrative handling, instant email confirmation, and 24/7 online customer support. For your peace of mind, our service provides additional value beyond the official process. If you make a mistake — such as entering the wrong vehicle registration number, travel date, or location — we will cover any Clean Air Zone fine on your behalf. If you prepay but later decide not to travel, or change your mind after entering the zone, we will refund the full amount, including any charges we have already paid on your behalf. We check your vehicle for compliance with Clean Air Zone requirements and will not charge for any vehicles that are exempt. We comply with the Data Protection Act, and all personal information you provide will be used solely for processing your Clean Air Zone application. You will be required to submit your personal details in order to receive a payment confirmation. Please carefully review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before proceeding.
Our recommended routes help you get there safely and easily, and they can even be tweaked to avoid traffic jams. If you spot a mistake or something that's missing, please let us know. You can learn more in our Traffic and Travel Terms and Conditions.
To improve air quality, some local authorities are introducing clean air zones. If your vehicle exceeds emission standards, you may have to pay a charge if you drive in a clean air zone.
